- A service inquiry platform
- A redirection platform for purchasing digital assets hosted on third-party stock websites
We also accept custom work requests through:
- Fiverr
Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee project acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or decline any project at our sole discretion.
2. Stock Assets & External Platforms
Some artworks displayed on this website are uploaded to multiple third-party stock platforms, including but not limited to:
- Shutterstock
- VideoHive
- Envato Elements
- Vecteezy
- GraphicRiver
- Freepik
When users click a download button, they are redirected to the respective platform of their choice to purchase or download assets under that platform’s license.

3. Payments & Pricing
- All custom projects require 100% advance payment before work begins.
- Accepted payment methods:
- PayPal (International clients)
- UPI / GPay / Domestic payment methods (India)
No Refund Policy
Once payment is completed and work has started:
- No refunds will be provided
- Order cancellation by the client does not qualify for a refund under any circumstances
4. Revisions & Delivery Policy
- Revision limits vary depending on project scope
- Some projects include limited revisions
- In select cases, unlimited minor revisions may be provided
Delivery Timeline
Project delivery depends on:
- Animation length
- Complexity
- Workload
Working days: Monday to Friday
Delays may occur due to:
- Festivals
- Public holidays
- Technical or unavoidable issues
5. Intellectual Property & Ownership
- All creative rights remain with Okaybhargav’s Animation Studio
- Source files are not included
- Source files can be purchased separately at an additional cost after project completion
We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Project Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or cancel a project if:
- The client violates these terms
- Misuse of artwork occurs
- Unethical, abusive, or illegal behavior is observed
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under Indian jurisdiction.
