2. What we provide

• Download credits that can be used to access selected premium assets.

3. Account responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate contact and billing information when purchasing or requesting services.

You must not share, sell, rent, or misuse your account, download credits, premium links, or downloaded files.

4. Credits and downloads

Credits are a digital balance used on this website. Credit requirements may vary by asset, category, rarity, format, or custom settings shown on the asset page.

Credits may expire based on the plan, offer, or account settings. Free daily download limits and purchased credits may be tracked separately.

• Credits have no cash value unless a refund is approved under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
• Credits should not be transferred between users unless we approve it in writing.
• Downloaded assets must be used according to the License and Usage Policy.

5. Pricing, taxes, and payments

Prices for credit packs, assets, offers, and services are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless clearly stated otherwise. The final checkout amount shown before payment is the amount applicable to that purchase.

Any applicable taxes, gateway charges, discounts, or additional service charges will be shown or confirmed before payment wherever applicable.

Payments are processed through authorized payment partners and secure payment gateways. We do not ask you to share card PINs, UPI PINs, OTPs, CVV, or banking passwords with us.

6. Delivery and no physical shipping

Standard products on this website are digital. Download credits and assets are delivered electronically through account access, protected downloads, links, email, or direct communication.

Physical shipping is not applicable to standard digital orders. Delivery timelines are explained in the Digital Delivery and Shipping Policy.

7. User conduct

• Do not attempt to bypass login, payment, credit checks, watermarks, download limits, or security features.
• Do not use the website for fraud, spam, unlawful content, malware, scraping, bulk extraction, or abuse.
• Do not claim our assets, website content, templates, branding, or service previews as your own original marketplace product.

8. Intellectual property

The website design, branding, content, digital assets, previews, watermarks, downloads, and service materials are owned by us or licensed to us unless clearly stated otherwise.

Purchasing credits or downloading an asset gives you usage rights under the License and Usage Policy. It does not transfer copyright ownership.

9. Service work and approvals

For custom creative services, project scope, timeline, deliverables, revisions, price, and usage rights may be confirmed by email, WhatsApp, invoice, proposal, or written agreement.

Delays may happen if required inputs, references, approvals, files, or payments are not received on time.

10. Limitation of liability

We work to keep the website, downloads, and services reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every software version, or suitability for every possible use case.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability for a paid order is limited to the amount paid for that specific order or the remedy required by applicable law.

11. Copyright complaints and takedown
