Copyright Policy

This policy explains ownership, permitted reporting, takedown review, and counter-notice handling for content and digital assets on Okay Bhargav Animation Studio.

Website content Owned or licensed
Asset rights Usage license, not ownership
Reports Reviewed with proof

1. Our content and branding

The website design, brand name, logos, previews, layouts, written content, product descriptions, graphics, videos, templates, downloads, and service material are owned by us or licensed to us unless clearly stated otherwise.

You may not copy, scrape, mirror, resell, redistribute, or publish website content as a competing asset library, template pack, marketplace listing, or standalone product.

2. Downloaded digital assets

Purchasing credits or downloading an asset gives you limited usage rights under the License and Usage Policy. It does not transfer copyright ownership in the original asset, preview, source, or template.

Users must follow any third-party license rules that apply to linked or referenced third-party materials.

3. Copyright complaint process

  • Email okaybhargav@gmail.com with your full name, contact details, copyrighted work description, exact URL of the disputed content, and proof of ownership or authorization.
  • Include a good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, agent, or law.
  • Include a declaration that the information provided is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.

4. Review and action

After receiving a complete complaint, we may remove, disable, watermark, restrict, replace, or keep content while the matter is reviewed.

We may request additional proof, contact the uploader or relevant party, and preserve records for legal, platform, payment, or dispute requirements.

5. Counter notice

If you believe content was removed or restricted by mistake, contact us with proof of ownership, license, authorization, or permitted use.

False, incomplete, or misleading copyright claims may create legal responsibility for the sender.
