Digital Delivery and Shipping Policy

This policy explains how download credits, digital assets, project files, and creative service deliverables are delivered by Okay Bhargav Animation Studio.

We primarily sell digital products and online creative services. No physical shipping is required for standard download credit or digital asset orders.

1. No physical shipping for digital orders

Download credits, digital assets, videos, graphics, templates, PNG assets, project files, and online creative deliverables are delivered electronically through the website, account dashboard, download page, email, or direct communication.

There are no courier, postage, or physical shipping charges for standard digital orders.

2. Download credit delivery

Purchased download credits are normally added to the customer account instantly after successful payment verification.

If automatic crediting is delayed because of payment gateway, bank, network, or website verification issues, we aim to add verified credits within 24 hours after receiving complete payment details.

3. Digital asset delivery

Digital assets are made available through asset pages, account access, download buttons, protected links, or email after login and credit/payment checks are completed.

Some assets may require account login, enough credits, license acceptance, or manual support review before access is restored or delivered.

4. Custom service delivery

For animation, design, editing, branding, or custom creative work, delivery timelines are confirmed in writing by email, WhatsApp, invoice, proposal, or project discussion.

Timelines depend on project scope, payment status, required inputs, revisions, approvals, file size, and customer response time.

5. Failed or delayed delivery

  • Email okaybhargav@gmail.com with your registered email, payment ID or order ID, amount, date, and screenshot if available.
  • For payment deducted but credits not added, we verify gateway settlement records before manually adding credits or initiating an eligible refund.
  • For corrupted, missing, or inaccessible files, we try to restore access, provide a replacement, or give a fair equivalent where applicable.

6. Physical delivery exception

If a future custom order requires physical delivery, the price, taxes, shipping cost, delivery address, courier method, and estimated delivery timeline will be confirmed in INR before payment is accepted.
