Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy explains cancellations, refunds, failed payments, duplicate payments, download credits, digital assets, and creative service orders on Okay Bhargav Animation Studio.
1. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to purchases made on this website for download credits, digital design assets, animation assets, templates, graphics, videos, project files, and custom creative services.
Because most products are digital, some orders are delivered instantly through account credits, protected downloads, download links, or direct communication.
2. Cancellation before delivery
- Download credit purchases may be cancelled only before the purchased credits are used, transferred, adjusted, consumed, or connected with download access in the customer account.
- Custom service orders may be cancelled only before work starts, research begins, files are prepared, or a project slot is reserved.
- Once digital delivery, download access, account credit usage, source sharing, or custom work has started, the order cannot normally be cancelled.
3. Refunds for download credits
A refund request for download credits may be considered only when the account has enough unused paid credit balance, no conflicting download activity is found after the purchase, and the request is raised within 7 days from the payment date.
If paid credits have been consumed, adjusted, transferred, expired, or connected with download access, the purchase is treated as partly or fully delivered and may not be eligible for refund.
- Bonus, offer, correction, goodwill, or manually added credits are not refundable.
- Expired credits are not refundable unless expiry happened because of a verified technical issue from our side.
- Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method where supported by the payment gateway.
4. Refunds for digital downloads
Once a digital file, direct download, premium source, or protected asset is accessed or downloaded, the order is normally non-refundable because digital delivery cannot be reversed.
If the downloaded file is corrupted, unavailable, or materially different from the listed asset, we will first try to fix the issue, provide a working replacement, restore access, or credit a fair equivalent.
5. Refunds for custom services
For design, animation, editing, branding, or other custom creative services, refund eligibility depends on the project stage, work completed, approvals received, and any written agreement shared with you.
Advance payments may be non-refundable once work has started. If no work has started, a refund may be approved after deducting payment gateway charges or documented administrative costs where applicable.
6. Failed, duplicate, or mistaken payments
If money was deducted but credits were not added, or if you paid twice by mistake, contact us with your registered email, payment ID, order ID, amount, date, and screenshot if available.
Verified failed or duplicate payments are handled according to payment gateway and bank records. Reversals for failed payments usually reflect within 3-7 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.
7. Refund processing time
Approved refunds are initiated after verification and normally reflect in the original payment method within 5-7 business days after refund initiation. Bank, card, UPI, wallet, and payment gateway timelines may vary.
8. How to request a refund
- Email okaybhargav@gmail.com from your registered email address.
- Include your full name, payment date, amount, payment ID or order ID, account email, asset URL if applicable, and reason for refund.
- Do not delete your account or purchase records before the refund review is complete.
