License and Usage Policy
This policy explains what you can and cannot do with assets, previews, downloads, credits, and custom creative work from Okay Bhargav Animation Studio.
1. License grant
When you lawfully download or receive an asset from this website, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that asset in your own personal, client, business, marketing, social media, presentation, video, design, or creative project.
This is a usage license only. Copyright and ownership of the original asset, preview, template, or source material remain with the original rights holder unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
2. Allowed uses
- Use assets in personal and commercial designs, videos, animations, websites, social posts, ads, client work, presentations, and printed material.
- Modify, crop, animate, combine, recolor, or adapt assets as part of a larger end product.
- Deliver final client work where the asset is part of a finished design or production.
- Use custom service deliverables according to the written scope, invoice, or project agreement.
3. Not allowed
- Do not resell, redistribute, upload, share, gift, leak, or publish downloaded files as standalone assets.
- Do not create competing asset packs, template packs, marketplaces, download libraries, or stock collections using our assets.
- Do not claim copyright ownership over original downloaded assets, previews, or templates.
- Do not use assets in unlawful, misleading, hateful, defamatory, obscene, political manipulation, gambling, or illegal content.
- Do not bypass watermarks, login protection, credit checks, download limits, or access controls.
4. Client and commercial work
You may use licensed assets in client work as long as the asset is part of a larger final design, video, animation, or campaign. Your client may use the final work, but they do not receive the right to extract, resell, or redistribute the raw asset.
5. Templates, project files, and source files
Some downloads may include editable files, project files, layers, or templates. These are provided to help you create final work, not to redistribute as editable source files.
If a client needs editable source ownership, that must be confirmed separately in writing and may require an extended license or custom project agreement.
6. Third-party sources
Some assets may reference or link to third-party platforms or premium sources. If a third-party license applies, you must also follow that platform license. When rules conflict, the stricter rule applies.
7. Custom service ownership
For custom services, ownership and usage rights depend on the written agreement, invoice, or project confirmation. Unless full transfer is confirmed in writing, we may retain portfolio rights, process rights, unused concepts, and reusable know-how.
Final approved deliverables may be used by you for the agreed purpose after payment is completed.
8. Copyright takedown policy
We respect copyright owners and expect users to do the same. To report copyright infringement, email okaybhargav@gmail.com with the copyrighted work details, exact website URL, proof of ownership or authorization, your contact details, and a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the owner, agent, or law.
After review, we may remove, disable, watermark, restrict, or replace disputed content. We may also contact the uploader, seller, user, or relevant third party if more information is needed.
9. Counter notice and mistaken reports
If you believe content was removed by mistake, you may contact us with proof of ownership, license, authorization, or permitted use. False or misleading copyright claims may create legal responsibility for the sender.
10. License termination
Your license may end if you misuse assets, violate these rules, reverse engineer protected files, redistribute downloads, commit payment fraud, or breach the Terms and Conditions. If your license ends, you must stop using the affected assets and delete unauthorized copies.
